Circuit Court Civil, Criminal and Traffic Assessment Reports


Pursuant to 705 ILCS 105/27.1c and 705 ILCS 135/1-10, each circuit clerk is required to provide the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts (AOIC) a civil assessment report and criminal assessment report, no later than February 29, 2020. These reports are to be published on the Illinois Supreme Court's Website upon receipt.
