Forgot Account Information

If you cannot remember your Judicial Portal user ID or Password, use this screen to have your password reset. The password for your user ID will be reset to a temporary password. An e-mail will be sent to you with the assigned user ID and a new temporary password.

To proceed, please click on the 'Request Password' button and a New Message will activate in Outlook with the destination (To:) and Subject already completed. In the body of the message, please type your first and last name, your contact telephone number, your judicial office, and the user ID you were assigned, if known. After entering this information, click the Send button in Outlook.

Please note on your first login, you will be REQUIRED to change your temporary password.
Your new password must include the following criteria:

1) Be at least 8 characters in length.

2) Include a combination of any 3 of the following:

upper case letters
lower case letters

You will be prompted to change your password every 30 days.

Users are given four attempts at successful login, after which their account will be locked out.
After 90 minutes of inactivity, users logged into the Judicial Portal will be given a warning message and, if the account remains inactive, the account will be automatically logged out.
