Cail appointed Associate Judge in the Tenth Judicial Circuit | State of Illinois Office of the Illinois Courts

Marcia M. Meis, Director of the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, announced that the Tenth Judicial Circuit judges voted to select Vincent E. Cail as associate judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Cail received his undergraduate degree in 2005 from the University of Illinois in Urbana, Illinois and his Juris Doctor in 2009 from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. Mr. Cail is currently affiliated with the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission in Peoria, Illinois.
